Why this works

The hard parts aren't the problem. What they're doing to the two of you is.

The ex isn't the enemy. The kids aren't the enemy. The disagreement about bedtime isn't the enemy. But every hard thing lands, and the two of you end up on opposite sides of it. Enough of those and you stop feeling like a team at all. That's what we work on.

This isn't therapy. It's not a generic relationship course. It's not another download you'll never open.

It's a guided experience from a couple who live this every day. Five kids. Three households. Two exes. We're bio-parents and step-parents, both of us, and we built this framework because we needed it first.

In a first family, both adults have the same standing with the same children. In a blended family they don't, and no amount of communication changes it. For every child in the house, one of you is the parent and one of you isn't. One of you has authority the other will never have. One of you has history the other wasn't there for. And if you've both brought kids, you swap seats depending on which child is in the room.

The difference between you isn't personality or effort. It's position, and it's permanent. That's why advice written for first families keeps missing.

Both of you can be right about how you feel. That doesn't make either of you right about what you did. That's the bit you work out together.

One goal. The two of you back on the same team, leading a home that finally feels like home.

Get back on the same team. We're in this together. I know my partner has my back.

The H.O.M.E. Framework

Four pillars. Built from lived experience, not a textbook.

Every blended family needs a home that holds together. The H.O.M.E. Framework is how you build one. This is the exact path you'll walk, phase by phase.

The BLND3D H.O.M.E. Framework: Honesty, Ownership, Momentum, Ecosystem
H

Honesty

See it clearly.

You can't lead what you won't look at.

We'll help you name what's actually been driving the disconnection. The resentment nobody's voiced. The burnout hiding behind "I'm fine." The stress patterns that became your default without either of you choosing them.

You'll finish this pillar knowing exactly what you're working with as a couple. No more guessing. No more avoiding.

O

Ownership

Take responsibility.

Most blended couples fight the same battles because they've never agreed on the rules.

We'll get you aligned on parenting, boundaries, leadership and the values your home actually runs on. You'll learn how to talk about the hard stuff without it turning into a fight, and how to build a united front that outside drama can't dismantle.

You stop being two people managing a complicated household and start leading one together.

M

Momentum

Make it work.

Getting aligned is one thing. Living aligned is another.

We'll help you turn what you've agreed on into the rhythm of your actual life. Clear rules the kids can count on. Predictable routines that stop the weekly overload. A way of parenting that leads from presence, not panic.

Your home stops running on survival mode. The structure is finally there, and you can feel it.

E

Ecosystem

Live it long term.

Progress doesn't hold itself. Life keeps coming.

We'll give you the tools to repair after conflict, the rituals that keep you connected, and the framework to keep leading when life shifts. Every new season. Every new challenge. Every new version of the family you're building.

Before long, you're not relying on us anymore. You've got what you need to lead on your own.

How the work gets personal

The work is the same for everyone. What you're looking for isn't.

You don't have to figure out where to start on your own. We help you make sense of what's happening at home, what is yours to work on, and what isn't. And then you get clarity on what to do next. At the end of each phase, your answers feed into your next personalised plan, and Brit and Josh review the direction before it comes back to you.

Before you begin, you each answer a set of questions separately, and you don't see each other's until we've read them both.

Not everything needs fixing right now. We help you see what needs your attention, what doesn't, and what to come back to later. If the ex is the loudest thing in your house right now, we'll probably tell you to leave it alone for a month, and tell you exactly where it gets handled.

That happens at the end of every phase.

What you'll walk away with

You're not just learning new concepts. You're building a new foundation.

When you commit to this process, here's what changes for you and your partner.

A united front

You and your partner finally on the same team, making decisions together without the same argument every time.

Clear systems

Roles, rules, routines, and rituals that stop the constant bickering over every little thing.

A home that holds

A calmer, steadier home. When you stop reacting and show up the same way twice, the kids feel the difference too.

A protected relationship

The language to talk about resentment, guilt, and boundaries without it turning into a fight.

Confidence in leadership

The absolute certainty that you are no longer winging it. You're actively leading your family somewhere better.

A way forward

In time, you've got the tools to keep leading on your own, through every new season your family moves through.

From our clients

Real messages from couples and parents we've worked with.

Dave

A bio-dad in his second marriage, two years into avoiding one conversation.

Me and my wife had the hardest conversation of our marriage last weekend. The one we'd been dancing around for two years.

Wasn't a fight. A real one. We're on the same side of the table for the first time in a long time.

The kids feel it too.

♥
Michael

Came to us stuck, after trying to work it out on his own.

Your simple, practical strategies made a genuine difference, and I really appreciate the time and effort you put into helping me. It really helped put my relationship back on track.

Before you pay

Here's what we're not going to tell you.

We're not going to tell you the hard stuff disappears. The ex is still the ex. The kids still have two houses. You'll still disagree about parenting, because two people who raised kids differently usually do.

We're not going to promise you stop arguing, or that your blended family starts looking like the ones in the ads.

What changes is whether the hard stuff lands between you, or in front of you.

Learn how to handle the hard stuff without turning against each other.

The investment

You're not buying a course. You're building a home that works.

The Blueprint isn't more to read or another set of parenting tips. It's how the two of you become a team again: handling the ex without turning on each other, making parenting decisions without the same fight, building rules and routines your kids can rely on, repairing things when they go sideways, and knowing what to do when the next hard season arrives.

What staying stuck costs.

Another year of the same fight. Counselling at a couple of hundred a session that isn't built for blended families. And the part that never shows up on a bill, what it does to the two of you while it stays unresolved. Against all of that, this is the price of leading your blended family as a team.

Frequently asked

The honest answers.

You move through four phases, in order, at your own pace. Real change in a blended family takes time, not because you're slow, but because the dynamics are complex.

Honesty comes first. Understanding your patterns, naming the resentment, seeing where things actually broke down. You can't fix what you haven't looked at clearly.

Then Ownership. Getting aligned on parenting, boundaries, and how your home actually runs. This is the biggest phase and the one most couples say changed the most.

Then Momentum and Ecosystem. Routines, rituals, repair tools. This is what separates couples who change for a season from couples who change for good.

The phases aren't the same length, because the work isn't the same size. You move when you're ready, not when a calendar says so.

Lasting change doesn't happen in a weekend workshop. It happens in the small moments, week after week, until the new way of doing things just becomes how you do things.

Expect around 1 to 2 hours per week working through the experience together. You move at your own pace, and your personalised plan at the end of each phase helps you know what to focus on next. If you want dedicated private time, you can book an optional 1:1 session.

At the end of every phase we personally review your personalised plan and give you feedback based on what's happening in your relationship and family. That review is built into the program and included from day one.

And if you want dedicated private time with us, you can book a 1:1 session at an extra cost. You don't need sessions to get personal guidance. The program is complete without them.

No. We're coaches, not counsellors, and a real blended couple who've lived this.

Most therapy isn't built for blended families. You spend half the session just explaining your setup. And while therapy often focuses on exploring the past, The BLND3D Blueprint is actionable and forward-focused. We give you specific frameworks, scripts, and systems to implement today.

If you need trauma work, we'd recommend working with a professional alongside this program rather than instead of it.

This is the most common thing we hear.

Usually the hesitant partner isn't against the relationship. They're against being sat down and told what's wrong with them, which is what they assume a program like this is.

It helps that there are two of us teaching it. A bio-parent and a step-parent, both of us in both roles, neither of us taking sides. Partners who dug their heels in at the start often turn out to be the ones who engage hardest, once they work out this isn't about blame.

If they're not there yet, that's not a dead end. The Better Half is built for exactly that starting position. You go first, you learn to read where they are, and the door stays open the whole way. If they come in later, you move across to the BLND3D Blueprint, and within your first 30 days what you have paid credits toward it.

It isn't a lesser version of this. It's a different starting point.

If you're both still in the relationship and willing to try, it's not too late.

Many couples join The BLND3D Blueprint when they feel like they're at breaking point, because that's when the pain of staying the same finally outweighs the fear of changing. The program gives you immediate tools to stop the bleeding, regulate the conflict, and start repairing the connection.

Your access to the Blueprint doesn't end. You keep lifetime access to the full experience, so you can come back to any of it whenever something shifts at home.

The whole experience is built so that you're not relying on us. You'll have your own plan, that you built, and it stays yours.

You're never stuck. The purchaser starts straight away, so you're not waiting on anyone to begin. And if your partner never comes in, after your first 30 days you can change across to The Better Half, our solo pathway, at no extra charge. Just email us and we'll make the change.

The BLND3D Blueprint is a high-touch guided program where we dedicate significant time and personal energy to every couple from day one, with full access opening immediately. For that reason we don't offer change-of-mind refunds.

We encourage you to read this page carefully, ask us any questions before you enrol, and make sure this feels like the right fit. When you join, we are fully committed to you, and we ask for the same commitment in return.

Ready when you are

You don't have to keep surviving.
